FONE ELEVEN offers a 30-day return policy on all accessory items purchased from our shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original retail packaging and all accessories
  • Original purchase receipt must be provided with the return
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
