Warranty Coverage

90-Day Warranty

FONE ELEVEN provides a 90-day warranty on all repair services performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts used during the repair.

What's Covered:

  • Defects in workmanship for 90 days from repair completion
  • Replacement or repair of faulty parts installed during service
  • Labor costs for warranty repairs

What's NOT Covered:

  • Physical damage (drops, impacts, cracks, scratches)
  • Liquid damage (water, coffee, juice, or any liquid exposure)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Frequently Reported Issues

Water Leak into Screen - Green Flashing Display

One of the most common issues we encounter is water leaking into the screen, which causes the display to flash green or show color distortions. This is typically caused by liquid exposure and is NOT covered under warranty as it falls under liquid damage exclusions. To prevent this issue, avoid exposing your device to moisture and ensure proper sealing of ports and openings.

Data Loss Responsibility

FONE ELEVEN does not hold any responsibility for the loss of information, data, photos, or any other files stored on your device during the repair process. While we take precautions to protect your data, there is always a risk of data loss during repairs.

IMPORTANT: Customers MUST perform a complete backup of all data and information prior to dropping off their device for repair. This includes photos, contacts, messages, apps, and any other important files.

By submitting your device for repair, you acknowledge that you have backed up all important data and accept full responsibility for any data loss that may occur.

Terms of Service

Device Pickup - Abandonment Clause

30-Day Pickup Requirement:

  • 1.Customers must pick up their repaired device within 30 days of notification of repair completion.
  • 2.FONE ELEVEN will notify the customer via email and phone when the repair is complete.
  • 3.After the 30-day period has elapsed without pickup, FONE ELEVEN reserves the right to resell the device or sell individual parts to recover repair costs and storage expenses.
  • 4.No refunds will be issued for devices abandoned beyond the 30-day period.
  • 5.FONE ELEVEN is not responsible for any data on abandoned devices.

General Terms

  • Repair prices are estimates and may vary based on actual damage assessment.
  • Payment is required before device pickup unless other arrangements have been made.
  • FONE ELEVEN is not liable for any damage to devices caused by third parties or unauthorized repairs.
  • All repairs are performed at the customer's risk and discretion.
